What is Vickery Christmas Market?

Each Christmas season, Northwest has the unique opportunity to invest in our refugee neighbors at the Northwest Community Center through the Vickery Christmas Market while also giving them the chance to give back to their community.

At the Vickery Christmas Market, refugee families will have the chance to give back to their community by bringing canned goods such as beans and rice for the Tasby Middle School food pantry. In return, they will have the opportunity to select a gift for their child.

This is a great opportunity for us to show our refugee neighbors the love of Jesus and create opportunities for having conversations about Jesus!

When is Vickery Christmas Market?

Saturday, December 10 | 8 a.m.–2 p.m.

Give to the Vickery Christmas Market by purchasing gifts on our Amazon Wish List and have them delivered to the Northwest Community Center any time before December 7. If you'd rather shop in person, please purchase items similar to our Amazon Wishlist and drop off new toys at the NCC during business hours.

We will pre-wrap all gifts in advance and organize them by gift type and age group. We appreciate your help sticking to our gift list as this will make shopping easier for our guests!

Serve with the Vickery Christmas Market in a variety of ways! At the Market on December 10, you can greet and welcome our refugee neighbors, help them shop for gifts, along with a variety of other roles. We have two shifts available! You can also serve in advance of the event by wrapping gifts at a wrap party on December 7. This is a great opportunity for the entire family to serve and show off your wrapping skills. Sign up to serve at the Market!
