Senior Pastor Congregational Vote

Sunday, August 30, is a milestone date in our church’s history as we vote to affirm Dr. Tim Robinson as our next senior pastor.

Current members of Northwest are eligible to vote.

How the Member Vote works:

• Members MUST be present in person to vote.
• Members will make their way to the CLC Quads after the 10:35 service ends.
• An announcement will be made in the CLC Quads to open the Vote.
• Check-in for the Vote takes place at the back of the CLC Quads at Membership Verification tables sorted by last name as shown in the diagram below.

• Ballots should be marked with only one selection – yes or no.
• Members are welcome to leave as soon as their ballots have been cast.
• Children should be picked up from Children’s Ministry immediately after voting.

Vote results will be announced via churchwide email and posted on our website on the afternoon of the 30th, once all ballots are counted.
