2nd Grade “What Is…?” Series

This May, we’re excited to lead our current 2nd graders through a series called “What Is…?”—a curriculum we created as part of our Family Ministry Strategy, to address questions kids might have about four major aspects of our faith as Christians.

Each Sunday from May 3-24, our 2nd graders will learn about the following:

• Communion
• Giving
• Prayer
• Worship

Our goal is to help kids understand what these are, what the Bible says about them, why we practice them, why they’re important, and what it looks like to practically live them out today. Kids will go through this series during our regular Sunday morning programming (both the 9 and 10:35 AM services), and will receive handouts and resources to bring home with them as well.
